Dear Comrades and Sisters:
Receive First fraternal greetings of solidarity of the entire membership of the Union of Communist Youth of Spain. And I wish to convey our work this conference will be fruitful in strengthening of political action and social UJSARIO .
And to say after seeing the interventions of the previous international delegations, the video President Chavez especially after knowing the conditions of life of this worthy and hospitable people feel shame when addressing this conference.
Shame, because the head of state of my country that I could choose, called Brothers to the greatest genocidal narco and North Africa and keep trying to his successor nephew.
Shame, because the head of my government say a year ago and the shameful Makhzen autonomy proposal was an acceptable proposal, contrary to what international law says.
Shame, that the Chancellor of my country and its counterpart in principal opposition party are employees of Makhzen.
And with this shame I can only offer a compromise.
The same commitment that in 1921 when the foundation of our party demand the independence of all English colony in Africa (Sahara , Guinea and Morocco).
The same commitment in 1975 and 76 when we denounce the despicable betrayal of the English government Saharawi people .
The same commitment that in 1985, when the government of Felipe González, the greatest enemy of the Saharawi and greater traitor to the English working class, closed the embassy in SADR Spain was in the Federal Committee of our organizations where he first appeared publicly the then Ambassador of SADR in Spain.
words, the unwavering commitment of each and all English Communists and the beautiful struggle of the Saharawi . Commitment assumed by the legitimacy of any form of struggle that the people decide Saharan is by peaceful means or by force of arms. And I can say that if you become a full peaceful struggle, the English communists and we will make the necessary policy actions as if become a full armed struggle will not hesitate one iota in raising money for this fight.
Because people Saharawi has written in his own blood on its pages will honor book imperialist struggle , no one can deny anything, much less join the people who like Namibia, South Africa , Cuba and Timor East, have won their right to write its own history.
